You upload a photo of your dog and enter their name – we take care of the rest. This creates a watercolor portrait with soft color gradients on a calm background, with their name in elegant script above it.

Is the poster framed?
The choice is yours – you can order your poster directly with a matching frame. Our high-quality real wood frames with glass are perfectly tailored to the dimensions of your poster and are available in black, white, and natural oak. Once framed, your poster is ready to unpack and hang – making it look its absolute best on your wall.
Which sizes are available?
Your poster is available in A4 (21 Ă— 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 Ă— 42 cm), and 50 Ă— 70 cm. The frames are tailored precisely to these dimensions. As a guide: A4 works well in a hallway or next to other small pictures, A3 is the all-rounder size for above a sideboard or seating area, and 50 Ă— 70 cm is the choice if you want your dog to be the main focal point on the wall.
How long does delivery take?
It generally takes us 1–2 business days to produce your personalized poster. After that, the delivery time depends on your location – within Germany, you can generally expect a delivery time of about 3–5 business days.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
Simply get in touch with us. If we made a mistake during production or personalization, you will receive a free replacement. If a typo crept into your own input, write to us as soon as possible – as long as your poster has not yet gone into production, it can usually still be corrected. That is why it is worth checking the name in the live preview carefully before you place your order.
